TEN absent dating show produced by ITV Australia will air this year.
“Come Date With Me will air later this year,” a spokesperson confirmed to TV Tonight.
The Aussie version of the UK Reality series (pictured) sees singles cooking for potential partners in their own homes.
Originally announced for 2012, the show has seemingly fallen off the network’s radar, after failing to get a mention at TEN’s Winter Party earlier this month.
The series is understood to have 40 x 30 min episodes so it may yet form part of the network’s summer schedule, or appear on a multichannel.
TEN recently confirmed it was not proceeding with Shock of the Now but it still has 3 local dramas to come: Wonderland, Puberty Blues and The Track.

This is going to give Splash and The Mole a run for worst show of the year
“singles cooking for potential partners in their own homes.” – How original.
They should just stick this on ELEVEN at 7pm, and get rid of the never ending reruns of Raymond. Still waiting for a FTA channel to pick up Melissa and Joey, its almost ended its 3rd season and would work well as a stripped replacement for Neighbours or something over summer, or again, as a replacement to an ELEVEN rerun.
