“Bad Teeth / The Kiss”
After their face-off with Kimura, Nick finds himself trying to come to grips with the return of his mother, Kelly Burkhardt. A trail of brutal murders unveils a foreign conspiracy to hunt down Nick, leading to several revelations about his past. Meanwhile, Juliette still lies in her mysteriously induced coma as Rosalee and Monroe work tirelessly to bring her out of it safely. Then, as Nick and his mother continue to battle the Mauvais Dentes, Monroe and Rosalee fight against the clock to save Juliette.

This is Season 2 which aired in the US last August. Seven has a broadcast window after it plays on Foxtel.

10pm Thursday August 1 on Seven.

  1. I would admit as a viewer I’d consider watching this if this Summer they started where they left off last Summer. Probably impossible nor would they probably go for it.

  2. the only advantage to watching it on 7 would be not having to deal with the mid season break like we had to on foxtel, it was a pain in the ass. its probably the worst thing about fast tracking. especially when there is nothing else on to watch.

  3. @Jake S TV shows are bought by channels to show exclusively and then on-sold to other channels, in this case Foxtel have Grimm and once they have shown the first runs of the season, it opens the window for a Free To Air to show it (in this case 7).

Same applies for shows like Dexter, Breaking Bad from Foxtel and FTA shows like Bones, Castle, NCIS, Psych, White Collar Big Bang Theory, Offspring and etc., once the Free To Airs show the season then the broadcast window opens up for Foxtel to show them.

  4. At least Foxtel play there first run series exclusives in a timely manner, unlike the FTA networks, though like I said in the article about Choice talking Quickflix vs Hulu and Netflix etc. This is where the problem will be for those services here, as I bet they wouldn’t get something like Grimm until Seven have played it (and vice versa FTA to Foxtel to Online services).
