2013-07-18_1721Winter Olympic Gold Medalists Steven Bradbury and Alisa Camplin are the first names announced for TEN’s coverage of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.

TEN will offer over 370 hours of live and exclusive coverage from February 8th.

TEN CEO Hamish McLennan said, “We are honoured that Australia’s two most successful Winter Olympians have agreed to join our coverage of the 2014 Winter Olympic Games.

The Sochi Games will be the biggest, most spectacular and most entertaining Winter Olympics ever. Australia is sending its biggest Winter Olympics team and we have the bests Winter Olympians to bring all the action and excitement to viewers.”

Camplin was most recently a judge on Seven’s Celebrity Splash.

  1. Hmmm not keen so far. Bradbury just comes across as a bumbling fool, and I like Alisa Camplain, just not commentating. If Ten add Mark Howard it would just be even worse.

  2. More spin from Ten. Bradbury and Camplin have done well but Dale Begg-Smith is currently “Australia’s most successful Winter Olympian”.

I’m betting that Ten are hoping that ABC, Seven, and Nine “do a Bradbury” so that they can win the ratings battle.
