Airdate: The Fall

Irish crime thriller The Fall will air on UKTV in October.

The 5 part series stars Gillian Anderson (The X Files), Jamie Dornan (Once Upon A Time), Archie Panjabi (The Good Wife) and John Lynch (Sliding Doors).

Starring Emmy and Golden Globe winner Gillian Anderson, this gripping psychological thriller forensically examines the lives of two hunters… one a serial killer stalking his victims and the other a high-powered detective superintendent brought in to catch him. In her first lead role in an investigative series since The X Files, Anderson brings the same intelligence and depth of character to her portrayal of Stella Gibson, a successful, driven homicide detective. Jamie Dornan stars as Paul Spector, the ruthless serial predator she must stop.

The series aired in the UK in May and has been approved for a second season.

Saturdays at 8:30pm from October 19 on UKTV.
