Big Brother eviction nights will be changing to Wednesdays in October.
The first of these takes place from October 2nd.
Ticket holders were recently notified:
The Nine Network have recently announced programming changes that affect the Big Brother eviction show that you have booked to attend.
From week commencing 30th September, Big Brother Eviction shows will move to Wednesdays.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you and would like to offer the below alternative arrangements:
If you are able to attend the eviction on Wednesday 2nd October your existing ticket will remain valid, and you can present this at the gates on 2/10/13
If you’re not able to change your plans please contact Dreamworld on number listed below.
Presumably this is because Australia’s Got Talent will proceed to Semi Finals stage, and potentially with Live Results episodes.
The Big Brother finale is set for Wednesday October 23rd.

Yawn. Big Brother just another word for voyuerism on a national scale.
Does this mean Nominations will stay on Tuesday?
Great having 90min shows, but, it should start in an MA time slot, so we don’t have to put up with all the family friendly PG crap!
This makes a lot more sense. It was crazy that they were not finalising nominations until Thursday night, and then only having a 30 minute Friday show as the public’s only “look” at the housemates until the eviction Monday. Was probably meaning a drop in overall vote numbers. This makes much more sense.
Hi David,
Alex Mavroidakis has confirmed on his Twitter that Monday episodes will still be 90 mins.
In his words, the changes are ‘very good’. Here’s hoping!
The head producer, Alex Mavroidakis has tweeted that Big Brother will still be on for 90 minutes on Monday, it will now just be a normal daily show.
