US TV Fall schedule

All the dates the big shows air in the US, ahead of Australian fast-tracking this month.

2013-09-15_0151We are now just days away from the first of the new Fall shows entering Australian schedules.

Sleepy Hollow begins on TEN on Tuesday night. Then a smorgasboard of new and returning shows kicks off in the US.

Here are the dates of shows that are likely to interest Aussie viewers, including some finales.

Adjusting for the dateline, remember that a primetime US show is generally played out early arvo the following day, Australian time. ie. Bones on Monday 16 = Tuesday 17 in Australia.

  1. TAR in October is hardly fast tracked. Downton Abbey will be six months and I’ll have watched by then. I am an American living in Australia for three years and I still haven’t become used to network programming here. Some shows are hardly promoted and just start one day. Some shows move time and days throughout the season making them hard to keep up with and some shows start at weird times because the show above it ran over (creating chaos for my DVR and annoying me when it cuts off crucial endings). Some promos state “Coming Soon” and then don’t tell you the day until you are right up on it. Some shows just disappear (aka Burn Notice). Its weird and it appears even Australians are frustrated by it. Hs it always been like this? It is a guessing game that i can’t figure out. I hope everyone goes online and drops these networks. If I was an advertiser, I would be highly annoyed when…
