Peta Sergeant joins Once Upon a Time in Wonderland

Former Satisfaction actress Peta Sergeant has been case in the US drama Once Upon a Time in Wonderland.
She becomes the second Aussie to join the ABC (US) drama, after Sophie Lowe was cast as Alice. The series is a spin-off to Once Upon a Time and includes Naveen Andrews and John Lithgow as the voice of White Rabbit.
The Hollywood Reporter notes Sergeant will play a “force of nature in Wonderland“. Other details on the character’s identity are being kept under wraps.
Sergeant has also appeared in Winners and Losers, Canal Road, Patrick and Iron Sky.

That’s great news for Peta. She’s one of my favourite Aussie actors. I first saw her years ago in Last Man Standing & love everything she’s been in.

I suspect ABC’s relationship with OUAT creators will ensure this one completes its run. And a full story will be told regardless of its future. With so many flops this year they’ll have to ride some of them out until midseason or even May.
She is sizzling hot and a great actor too.

But will her episode make it to air in US?
The fact that ABC has already had to cancel Lucky7 and will be cancelling The Neighbors, Betrayal and The Trophy Wife soon, is the only thing keeping it on air at the moment.
