The (long) weekend saw the last ever Seinfeld marathon on TV1 before the channel exits the Foxtel platform at the end of the year and if the ratings are anything to go by, there’s still a very big TV1 audience out there.
Seinfeld episodes dominated the STV top 20 on Sunday and Monday.
On Monday 11 of the Top 20 shows were classic Seinfeld episodes, with the biggest single audience for Seinfeld: The Clip Show (Pt 2) at 77,000. It was only bettered by two Modern Family reruns.
On Sunday 8 of the Top 20 shows were Seinfeld, with 63,000 for “The Secret Code.”
TV1 ends on Foxtel on December 31st.

It will end up on another channel. Foxtel won’t be giving up the rights.
@deedee 7mate currently show Seinfeld. It was on Go! previously.
Doesn’t 7Mate show Seinfeld?
David,
Any word of what will happen to most of the shows that air on TVI i mean i’m sure someone will have to pick up the CSI shows
Not yet.
So annoyed about TV1 going! Where will I get my Seinfeld fix now?? And also like the Sunday movie hope something similar replaces it.
