Ratings Cup goes to Seven

Ratings: Despite two big events last week, Nine still couldn't wrest first place from Seven.

2013-11-11_0009There are just three weeks remaining in the 2013 ratings year, and Seven looks like having a clean sweep in the final quarter.

Despite having Australia’s Got Talent grand final and Big Brother finale, Nine still couldn’t wrest top place from Seven.

The biggest audience for the week was the racing of the Melbourne Cup at 2.12m viewers -but staged in the afternoon it has no direct impact on primetime ratings.

Seven ranked first on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Nine won Monday and Wednesday. ABC bettered TEN on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Seven won all 5 metro cities.
