SBS football show Thursday FC continues to turn up some interesting guests with Australian actor Anthony LaPaglia set to co-host the program live this Thursday night.
The legendary LaPaglia has starred in numerous hit films and television programs including Without a Trace, Frasier, The Client, Lantana, Balibo and Happy Feet, and he’s a dedicated football fan with an in-depth knowledge of the game.
LaPaglia, alongside regular hosts Matt Okine and David Zdrillic, will discuss all the latest from the Hyundai A-League, and cross to Adelaide to chat with co-host Lucy Zelic and players from Adelaide United.
The gang will also hear from Telstra ‘Road to Discovery’ winner Jesse Teinaki, fresh from supporting Bon Jovi on their Australian tour. Tune in to SBS 2 this Thursday for an epic opening to 2014.

I realise he is a soccer fan, but why someone of his stature would appear on a show watched by nobody escapes me.
Trev my email to you bounced back. Please ensure you have a working email for your ID account?
SBS, please don’t copy Nine and have Tony Abbott in the commenary box, as they had during The Ashes today. Pleeeeeze!
You forgot to mention LaPaglia was a part-owner of Sydney FC until about 2009.
