8 Comments:

  1. I wish to thank the ABC for the News also SBS for the Spear of Destiny documentary. Very interesting especially as I didn’t know anything about it. I also watched Marple.

I obviously didn’t watch Phryne Fisher. I just want to mention the positives of this rather than the negatives. I think this is a good show. Of the type I like. I also think it has wonderful people making it including the cast. Love the way it looks too.

I also think the programmers chose the perfect time and day for this show. Earlier this year but also at Christmas. If I feel up to it I might try to watch it next year even as a repeat. No promises unfortunately.

    • Shoudy: I don’t mind giving the odd ratings number here and there (less inclined on Hiatus), but with repeated requests you’re probably better off subscribing to OzTAM. Game 3 S1 was 189,000 thx.

  2. @trev – no network stays at the bottom of a sine wave forever. Life and business goes in cycles.

Ten is on the upward cycle now. The winter Olympics will consolidate that. Won’t happen over night but the signs are there now. People are starting to forgive Ten now and I for one am glad about that. Extra money spent on sporting rights will add to the recovery. The only network I don’t watch much is Nine – so not a pure Ten fanboy but proud to have worked for them. 🙂

  3. Can’t believe we haven’t been inundated with how well 10 did and how they’re finally on the road to recovery.
Maybe even those blinkered 10 fan boys noticed that minus the cricket they had zilch. Not much to base a revival on.

  4. Great to see channel 10 came in second, the cricket is doing wonders for them wish they could keep this up regularly, the cricket is the only thing that keeps 9 doing good during the season as well, they don’t have much more going for them.

  5. Wow ten beat 9! The cricket is doing well for 10 and great platform to promote their new shows for 2014, also shows a good movie on both one hd and 11 will rate well so take notice 10
