Reality TV fans have probably never had it so good.
A new season of The Amazing Race begins on 7TWO at 7:30pm Thursday, February 27th.
It’s 3 days after the US but the good news is it runs that same night as GO! begins a new season of Survivor. It means you can watch TAR at 7:30 then switch over to catch Survivor at 8:30.
“The Amazing Race: Back In The Saddle”
In the 24th race around the world, eleven memorable duos from past seasons will return for another chance to win $1 million but one team will not make it to the starting line.

A couple of hints on how to see all these reality shows on Thursday without needing 4 or 5 tuners / recorders:
1. Survivor will be repeated on GO! next day and usually over the weekend as well
2. The Block will be repeated on GO! next day as well, and also probably on Nine over the weekend.
3. TEN are repeating Biggest Loser next day 2pm.
4. There is no guarantee of a repeat of The Amazing Race on either Seven or 7TWO yet but sometimes ends up airing next day or over the weekend.
5. With ELEVEN, there is a 3 hour TBA on Saturday afternoon which maybe American Idol but otherwise there is no repeat scheduled.
Thankfully MKR is not on that night as well!
Forgot also idol is on too.
Why on a thursday????????? Too much is on… The block/tbl/Janet king/survivor……
Well least its not on mate.
Hopefully gets repeated.
Glad to see TAR back even if it is on 7TWO. It’s a pity it isn’t on 7mate though. I saw the last season of TAR in HD. It really does make a difference, especially on a larger TV.
Great news
Glad to see that it is on at a decent timeslot again. Don’t care if its on Seven, 7mate or 7two. As long as it is on at a decent time.
Yes, although it would be suited better to 7mate than 7TWO but 7mate already has a good line up for Thursdays that would rate better than TAR where as 7TWO doesn’t.
I don’t know if anyone saw it, but last night towards the end of “Revenge” there was a promo for House Rules- would 7 be brave/crazy enough to launch it straight after MKR ends??
The only benefit would be to get a quick advantage over The Voice or Masterchef, whichever comes first.
Awesome. But agree would be better suited to Mate as it seems to fit in with their style of programming more. As I don’t watch anything on 7Two at the moment, can anyone tell me if they normally run on time? Cause it’s useless if they run over and Survivor has already started.
I’m happy with this. I may watch or record this as it clashes with Idol.
That’s great, but on 7TWO?, wouldn’t it be better if it was in HD on 7mate instead?
