2014-04-22_1517Adrian Richardson returns to LifeStyle FOOD next month with a third season of Secret Meat Business.

In the third season of Secret Meat Business, LifeStyle FOOD favourite, chef Adrian Richardson, will show us everything there is to know about meat. There are no questions left unanswered when it comes to how to select, season, cook, cut, serve and devour the perfect meaty dish.

The ten-part series is full of simple tips and tricks to make it easy for anyone to prepare and cook the perfect cut of meat, no matter what the animal.

Set in Adrian’s stealthy meat dungeon, episode one kicks off with a feast fit for a king – the Crown Roast Lamb. Deliciously seasoned and beautifully presented, Adrian’s easy instructions give us plenty of tips and tricks to feed your family, like Kings and Queens.

Next up Adrian gives us a master class on minced meat. Preparing a super-sized version of the modest meatball stuffed with blue cheese, herbs and eggs, and roasted in a rich and chunky tomato sauce, this one will definitely separate the boys from the men.

As days shorten and the temperature drops, Adrian takes us around the world on an exotic secret meat adventure – cooking Pork Buns, Beef Rendang, Ragu and a Roo steak sandwich, Mondays at 9.00pm from May 5, only on Foxtel.
