12 Comments:

  1. Numbers in Perth on Sunday night would have been affected by a AFL game featuring West Coast being screened on 7mate between 6-9 pm last night which would have got very good ratings.

  2. MC is actually really goods this year. Frustrates me that again we don’t see what all the contestants have cook on a sunday night but I actually look forward to it.

  3. M/Chef is holding nicely on a competitive Sunday. Must be because TEN & Shine have made it more about quality cooking again instead of hyped up boring dramas and conflict.

    Recorded Voice on VPR and watched Ten to the
    end of Graham Norton, another excellent show 🙂
    Then after 11pm some time switched to Giro Italia on SBS 30 – beautiful HD coverage – thank you SBS.

  4. Secret Squirrel

    @poida – it’s worse for the news. About the same number of Perthizens watch House Rules as watch Seven News, while the numbers for The Voice are nearly double those for Nine News.

    @Shoudy Chen – that appears to be your standard comment on ratings. I’m not sure how those numbers are going to hurt Perth. I’m in Perth – no pain here.

  5. 663,000 not bad for “The Mentalist”
    But I do wish Channel 9 would put it on at the correct time! 9:25pm is not 9:00!

    @Maev … I watched bits of ETTC
    (while I was waiting for “The Mentalist” to come on Ch9)

  6. @ Jake S, Sportscenter Top Ten would actually be the NBA Conference Finals because the game went to OT and given one of our best basketballers in Patty Mills was playing I think there’s some interest there. Also good to see APTCH on the rise. Loving season 2.

  7. Jake, the ‘SportsCenter Top 10’ was not actually that… It was the ‘NBA Conference Finals’ game over-running due to the game going into overtime.

    The Spurs (who won the game & now progress to the NBA Finals) have 2 Aussies playing for them, so there is some interest there.

    Some solid results for FoxFooty there, although the crazy AFL scheduling this weekend assisted greatly… And will surely be modified come next season.

  8. Have to laugh at Perth numbers where they doggedly refuse to watch anything on Nine (in particular The Voice) in contrast to the rest of the country.
