House Rules tops Monday night

Ratings: For the second week in a row House Rules beats The Voice in Overnight data.

Vic Couple-66-2For the second week in a row the House Rules reveal episode has beaten The Voice in Overnight data.

Seven’s show culled 1.65m viewers over Nine’s 1.57m. Both were more than double TEN’s MasterChef on 743,000.

However, timeshifted data for last week shows The Voice pipped House Rules last Monday 1.75m v 1.71m respectively. A battle round all its own.

Seven won last night with a 33.3% share then Nine 31.8%, ABC 16.9%, TEN 14.0% an SBS 4.0%.

As well as topping the night, House Rules saw two contestants score a perfect 10 for the first time. Next for Seven were Seven News (1.23m / 1.12m), Home and Away (1.04m), Revenge (838,000) and Million Dollar Minute (658,000). Grey’s Anatomy was 345,000. Talking Footy was 74,000 in 3 cities (86,000 on 7mate).

Following The Voice for Nine was Nine News (1.34m / 1.24m), A Current Affair (1.2m), The Big Bang Theory (1.04m / 774,000), Hot Seat (758,000). Footy Classified was 282,000 in 3 cities.

ABC News (831,000) led ABC1 followed by Australian Story (731,000), 7:30 (712,000), Media Watch (648,000), Q & A (584,000) and Four Corners (580,000).

MasterChef (743,000) topped TEN then The Project (668,000 / 491,000), TEN Eyewitness News (662,000), The Bold & The Beautiful (408,000), Modern Family (382,000) and 24 (376,000). Have You Been Paying Attention? sank to 186,000.

It was a terrible night for SBS with A Pang for Brasil (165,000), SBS World News (153,000), New Worlds (141,000) and RocKwiz (115,000).

Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom ruled multichannels at 348,000.

  1. Nine surely will be happy with 1751m watching The Voice last week. That’s a quarter of the worlds population watching 🙂
