McHale’s Navy,Funny Stuff…..RIP “Carpy”
My apologies David.
Loved McHales Navy,Bob played his part so well.
Maxxdude: I think you will find it was Don Hastings who played Bob Hughes.
Maxxdude: Think you will find it was Variety who forgot it.
Slightly off-topic but I’ve been waiting for a chance to say:
“Am I the only person who thinks that Steve Higgins (Jimmy Fallon show) looks like Captain Binghamton?”
That is sad; he was the ‘nice’ character. albeit inept in McHale’s Navy.
You seem to have forgotten his longest running role. He played Bob Hughes on As the World Turns from October 1960 until the show’s final airing on September 17, 2010.
