8 Comments:

  1. FF is doing really well. I didn’t expect it to do anywhere near this well. And to be honest Grant Denyer suits as host much better than he did on MDM.

Head First on ABC2 was really interesting last night. Quality doco series IMO

  2. Secret Squirrel

@barrington – yeah, it was pretty disappointing. I’m going to give it one last go next week but if it’s doesn’t pick up, I’m done with it.

  3. @Jezza, that’s exactly why my household watches The Bachelor as well. Couldn’t care less who comes and goes, we just love it for the fakeness and insincerity of it all.

  4. Interesting to see One’s numbers doubled now that they’ve changed the schedule. Wonder how long it will be before One has a movie every night at 9.30 a la Go? It’s a shame really, I used to enjoy One’s Wed night line up.

  5. jezza the first original one

I forgot about Utopia, I was a little underwhelmed last week. Will have to watch on iView now I guess.

The Bachelor…doing well in demos. We are watching it in our household, however probably not how ch10 intended….it is so bad that it is funny, we had a real laugh just taking the p**s out of the desperate-ness of all involved and their attempts to sound sincere. Anecdotatlly there are several folk doing the same in my wife’s workplace (a nurse). Dreadfully bad tv…..but funny….

  6. barrington bumbaclaart

Big drop off for Utopia. Wouldn’t be surprised to see it drop again next week. Last night’s plot was a carbon copy of the first episode. Substitute logo for website and community garden for endangered grass. There was also nothing new when it came to the characters, they just settled into their stereotypes with no development. Pretty lame, unimaginative, one dimensional writing. I expected much better from Working Dog.
