Andrew O’Keefe gets behind the wheel of a taxi cab tomorrow night on ABC2’s Back Seat Drivers (could be cause for a Murdoch-led outrage) following the return of Please Like Me.
The new ABC2 series also sees performers Mel Buttle and Jordan Raskopoulos as temporary taxi drivers listening to their passengers as they discuss such random topics as “white lies people tell, body image, government secrecy and Facebook.”
Host Veronica Milsom also sets the trio two challenges – word associations and to find out who their passengers would eat first if they were stranded on an island with no food – Tony Abbott, Bill Shorten or Clive Palmer.
“You’d rather go a Tony Abbott shank than a Bill Shorten rump?” asks Andrew O’Keefe.
Tuesday, August 12 at 9.55pm on ABC2.

Andrew O’Ks constant jokes annoy and exhaust me.
@MM: The commercial networks seem to take a lighter view of their talent appearing on ABC, being a non-commercial competitor. Andrew O’Keefe also appeared on Dirty Laundry Live on ABC2 a few weeks ago.
Surprising so little has been said about this show. Just announced with an air date a week later.
Isn’t Andrew under contract to seven? if so how come is on ABC2?
