Returning: The Vampire Diaries

Season 6 of The Vampire Diaries will have its Australian Premiere on October 3, Express from the US.

Guest roles this season include Gabrielle Walsh, Colin Ferguson and Emily Chang. Matthew Davis’ character, Alaric Saltzman, who left at the end of Season 3 will return.

At the end of Season 5 having lost his town and fearing to lose his loved ones on the imploding Other Side, Damon makes a huge sacrifice to bring all of them back – to catastrophic results. Season Six will be the story of their journey back to each other as they explore the duality of good versus evil inside themselves on their quest to reclaim their home.
