Seven, Nine tie for Wednesday ratings.
Ratings: While Seven and Nine match each others' network share, the drama at Wonderland is in the Overnights.

Wednesday viewing wasn’t a big drawcard with no show above the 1.2m margin.
Nine had the edge in primary channels but Seven’s multichannels helped it to match its rival in network share.
Nine and Seven both tied on 30.8% then TEN 17.1%, ABC 16.5% and SBS 4.7%.
The Block still topped the night, continuing its unbeatable run, at 1.19m viewers. Nine News was next at 1.14m / 1.11m followed by A Current Affair (996,000) and Hot Seat (637,000) and Big Brother (618,000). The Big Bang Theory was 290,000 / 245,000.
Seven just scraped the magic million with Seven News (1.01m / 970,000), The Force (972,000), Home and Away (893,000), Border Security (876,000), Criminal Minds (868,000 / 566,000) and Million Dollar Minute (485,000).
The Bachelor (640,000) was best for TEN then The Project (589,000 / 417,000), and TEN Eyewitness News (588,000). Wonderland has slipped to 418,000 -its lowest figure this season. What was surely the last-ever Extant fell to Earth with just 137,000.
ABC News (762,000) was best for ABC then 7:30 (667,000), the return of Shaun Micallef’s Mad as Hell (643,000), Utopia (620,000) and Reality Check also hitting a new low at 390,000. A replay of The Code was just 186,000.
A timely episode of Living with the Enemy was 237,000 for SBS ONE then Wild Britain (151,000), Borgen (136,000) and SBS World News (118,000).
ABC2’s Peppa Pig topped multichannels at 308,000.
Sunrise: 378,000
Today: 282,000
ABC News Breakfast: 99,000 / 54,000

That’s a shame about Reality Check. I’m really enjoying it. Considering most of the top rating shows in this country are reality I think that this show is totally relevant. Tom Ballard is a great host too.
Wonderland wasn’t bad last night. As a series though its just ok. I do agree with comments on the writing though. When some of the lines are said I just shake my head and think do people really say that. Maybe I’m just starved of good television at the moment that I’m willing to continue to watch something that’s just ok. On the topic of Australian dramas I’m hoping there is some improvement on winners and losers next year. It wasn’t as good a previous seasons. It feels like there is something missing.
Wednesday is my favourite night for the week. The return of Mad as Hell, Utopia, and Borgen.
Utopia is amazing, and so ridiculous. I have no personal experience of the workings of the Public Service, but one politician this morning discussing policy re the ‘planning of a suburban rail line’ made me think I was still watching an episode of ‘Utopia’. Likewise, several weeks ago, the release of a new skyscraper for Melbourne liked uncannily like the one featured in Utopia the night before.
That’s awful for Wonderland, considering the competition was not very strong.
That’s a series low for a non-Friday episode of Big Brother since it started on Channel 9.
Extant is finished and, quite frankly, good riddance to it.
Gotta say, there ain’t many shows that’d make me say that.
@Pertinax: Does Neighbours (on 11) count as local drama points? If so, that alone would have given them enough points without Wonderland?
Initially it did not but now it does yes.
Loved ‘Mad As Hell’ last night – I can’t remember when I laughed that often watching television.
@Jezza – I hope you understand that most of the time, money and effort is spent at the direction of the Minister’s office (both in Utopia and real life).
Enjoyed Utopia last night, and Reality Check was also another good week. I found the return of Mad as Hell a bit of a let down, although it picked up in the second half.
ABC1 was foolish repeating The Code when they have it on iView and it was a last minute change the day before. Having Would I Lie To You remain in it’s place would have been a better idea.
Sunrise is dominating Today yet Nine News is dominating Seven News. Go figure.
I’ve given up on Wonderland, which is a shame because I love most of the cast involved. But the premise and the writing have really let it down.
What’s happened to Family Feud – is its audience tiring already?
Commissioning Wonderland was a hedge against Batavia and another season of Offspring not working out (as has happened). It guarantees enough local drama points for Ten to keep their licence. When they get something more popular it will get bumped to 9:30pm.
Utopia has really grown on me. The bureaucracy of goverment departments spending a lot of time, money and effort achieving absolutely nothing.
It just gives the Coalition so much incentive to make cuts…..they see it as a doco
