Comedian Andy Dick arrested

US actor Andy Dick, best known for NewsRadio and MTV’s The Andy Dick Show, has been arrested on suspicion of felony grand theft in Hollywood.

He was taken into custody on Friday and released on Saturday after posting $25,000 bail.

According to TMZ, Dick reportedly stole a necklace last week. He rode off on his bike with a man’s $1,000 necklace after he stopped the stranger on the street to ask to see his chain.

The owner reported the theft, but Dick wasn’t found until Friday.

Dick was previously booked on suspicion of public intoxication in 2011 and arrested on suspicion of sexual battery and drug possession in 2008.
