NSW ‘geek’ Nick Hamilton and US ‘beauty’ Candice Stinson have won Beauty And The Geek Australia.
The pair met during the Seven’s Las Vegas-based episodes, hosted by James Tobin.
They defeated two remaining couples, Nicole Burns and Alex Tomisich and Frances Russell and Oliver O’Neill, to share the $100,000 prize.
In the series finale, Nick went on a dinner date with a complete stranger and Candice competed in an intellectual debating challenge.
“I couldn’t imagine (doing this) with anyone other than Candice,” said Nick. “I am so much more confident now and I have Candice to thank for that.”
“It’s really opened up my eyes,” Candice added. “It’s been the most amazing experience.”
Seven is yet to confirm if the series will return for 2015.

$50,000?-not exactly a fortune by current standards for a considerable time commitment.
It’s always been $100k shared and they looked pretty happy to be receiving it.
I highly doubt it will be renewed because the demos have been terrible and I reckon that was the only reason it got renewed this year because the demos were still there last year even though the total people wasn’t and this year it didn’t do well in either.
