This trailer has it all -at least all that you would expect in a biopic on Whitney Houston.

But does it already reek of cliches? From singing to marital problems with Bobby Brown, and her downfall due to drugs abuse.

Turning Houston’s life into a TV drama was the work of director, Angela Bassett, with Yaya DaCosta as Houston, and Arlen Escarpeta as Bobby Brown.

No word where this will air in Australia as yet.
