  1. Firstly for the people actually doing the job ie calling reporting etc they have been doing a great job, however its been overshadowed by the morons at the management level who have decided that only Victoria, NSW, ACT and TAS matter more and everyone else doesn’t. Those boneheaded decisions are why TEN is struggling for ad revenue. The one thing they have and they have managed to stuff it up. Anyway will watch the BBL Live into Adelaide tonight. Hopefully they improve before next season.

  2. Not that surprising. 3 nights of disruption for high rating cricket games when the tennis is on are not likely to bother Ten.

Several weeks of not being able to air The Project is a problem though.

They started showing Adelaide’s games live when they were playing games that decided their place in the finals. They may have done the same in Brisbane if the Heat weren’t doing worse than The Thunder (which is an impressive feat).

  3. Channel ten would be hoping for a Sydney Sixers, Melbourne Stars final. The two glamour teams in the two biggest markets. I wouldn’t be surprised if the have a little voodoo doll of Shaun Marsh (Scorches player for the uninitiated) with pins poked into the hamstring.

  4. BBL has been live into Brisbane on Saturdays and Sundays for the entire series David so I don’t think the criticism had anything to do with it. I’m glad to hear they are showing the Final live though because I was hearing it wasn’t going to be.
