Will Foxtel’s Executive Director of Television Brian Walsh be the recipient of this trophy? As one of the company’s first employees he would be a prime candidate.

Presenters will include Jennifer Hawkins, Eddie McGuire, Antonia Kidman, Robert Irwin, Margaret Pomeranz, Neil Oliver, Don Hany, Danielle Cormack, Ryan Corr, Ksenija Lukich, Marta Dusseldorp, Noni Hazlehurst, Dan Wyllie and Alex Cook, co-presenting an award.

SKY NEWS commentators, former Federal Minister Peter Reith and former Queensland Premier Peter Beattie, will also team up to present an ASTRA.

  1. OK, I know that there are, technically, a lot of different channels under the Foxtel umbrella, but isn’t it weird that they persist in pretending that the ASTRA Awards mean something? It’s kind of like the other networks running The Channel Nine Awards or The Seven Network Awards.
