  1. All channels should only be able to split code a program if it has been advertised as a separate show with its own time on the epg. If it’s advertised as one show it’s one show.

  2. Watched MKR on 7. Then my wife watched Revenge on 7 in computer room and I watched I’m a Celeb off our DVR.
    Recorded Elementary on 10 and watched it after catching up with I’m a Celeb – as above. 🙂

    Recorded Touch of Frost on 72. These shows are not in any order on 72. Really bad and Waking the Dead repeats shows sometimes 3 weeks later. Part 1 of 2 is a waste of time for that reason. Just as well it is easy and quick to delete these constant repeats with an odd one we have not seen in-between. Poor effort 7/72. People like these shows and you treat them with disrespect.

  3. Agree Rutzie, think channel 9 will do anything now to try and make as if The Block is doing better, but at the end of the day it really has had poor ratings this year and all the spilt coding in the world is not going to change that.

    • It gets better later this season with a major character leaving the series, and a new villain arriving played by an actor from Sons of Anarchy

  4. Gallipoli was meant to be a landmark Australian TV Event but all of a sudden, it flopped.
    On the other side, The Block Triple Threat is showing some improvement from last week.

    In the final week and Ten have resorted to the same crummy tricks that MKR and Block resort to.

    There was absolutely no reason to stretch IACGMOOH over 15 minutes last night. They could have fit the entire show into one hour – including the eviction – yet dragged it over 105 minutes!

    NCIS fans better not tune in at 8.30pm tonight. I am predicting another 9.15pm start – well it is a double eviction tonight isn’t it?

    Seriously all the commercial networks should be hauled over the coals for what they are doing to viewers.

    • There is not much Ten can do with IACGMOH as it is shown live and pre recorded up to 24 hours and there is a certain requirement for ads per hour for a broadcast in prime time. Ten would have had 7 breaks throughout the show. Tonight 5 breaks. I think you are being unfair to Ten, but Nine and Seven shows were shown months ago and yet you didn’t complain as it was mainly about Ten.

      • Don’t agree. Show is delivered according to a running time that should be matched on the EPG, but Celebrity ran about 10 mins over. Beverley McGarvey recently spoke about running over where the content justified it, but obviously there are those who feel 90 mins should be enough for a show that includes a lot of hosting and celebs laying in their bunks. Either way it should only run over the EPG by a few minutes, not 10.

    • Bettestreep2008 – we record off the EPG and add 20 minutes on top of what the DVR adds already. That stops most disappointments for us and we now have 2 Panasonic DVR’s, so can record 4 pgm’s in high quality each night and start watching a recording when we are ready to watch it. With grandkids it’s not always easy to start watching by 7:30pm or earlier on Sundays like 6:30pm.
      The DVR’s have solved all those problems for us 🙂
