Ray Martin narrates special for History channel

Ray Martin is the latest Free to Air personality to cross to Subscription TV, narrating the wartime special Yesterday is History this Sunday.

He most recently presented First Contact for SBS.

Yesterday is History, narrated by veteran Australian journalist and broadcaster Ray Martin, tells us war stories straight from the families themselves. Whether it’s a veteran from Afghanistan or the great-grandson of a stockman in the gold rush, these are the unknown stories. The battles may have taken place on foreign fields, the families may have originated overseas – but the one thing that unites all of these stories is they are now Australians.
