Former cast members of Twin Peaks have joined in a viral campaign to #SaveTwinPeaks after David Lynch quit the project due to salary disagreements.

Sherilyn Fenn, Sheryl Lee, James Marshall, Peggy Lipton and other familiar faces appear in a video posted to YouTube.

Kyle MacLachlan, the only original cast member signed to the reboot, does not appear.

  1. I don’t know. I agree with the campaign but Lynch could do this if he wanted to. My view of Lynch was challenged by two things – seeing him flogging his coffee and coffee mug range (this was a couple of years ago) and then him hosting a speaker in Germany who outraged the audience with pro Nazi comments. Lynch looked totally bewildered and I don’t think he had basically done appropriate research on his speaker. But the sort of ‘new ageness’ coupled with determined commercialism is always problematic to my mind. Once again, he can afford to do this so I would not fork out a cent if anyone puts together something crowdfunded. I think he is hoping the fan base will pay.
