Recently single actress and mum of three, Jennie Garth is starting over. Jennie shows that her talents extend beyond TV and filmmaking in her series The Jennie Garth Project — wherein she guts and renovates a 1970s ranch home in the Hollywood Hills. Together with her contractor Scott, she’s stripping the house to the studs and building it back up to be her ultimate dream house. It’s a room-by-room transformation filled with Jennie’s sleek and modern style and sensibility.

I saw a few episodes of this when I was in the US. It’s surprisingly good.
That’s one way of getting your house renovated cheaply – make it into a show and host it yourself.
She’s learn’t that trick from Noni Hazelhurst on BHG years ago.
