FOX Sports has cleverly joined the Apple TV platform with FOX Sports Now.

It offers news from FOX Sports News and clips from foxsports.com.au free for all users, and should serve as promotion of their brand to potential subscribers.

Current FOX Sports subscribers can access a range of entertainment shows including Monday Night with Matty Johns, NRL 360, Bounce, AFL 360 and Back Page Live along with extended video sports highlights.

FOX Sports CEO Patrick Delany, said: “FOX Sports continues to deliver sports fans the content they want, in the way they want it.

“With the popularity of foxsports.com.au on the rise, FOX Sports Now brings to the TV screen the great video content from our website, combined with the 24/7 FOX Sports News channel, a fantastic offering for Apple TV users,” he said.

So far TEN is the only Free to Air network on the Apple TV platform.

    1. I’ve been waiting forever for ABC and SBS to put there apps on it I mean really if Ten can do it then there’s no excuses for the others not to 🙂

  1. I was watching the live stream earlier this morning – and it was a fantastic quality stream – but it seems to have stopped now. The 24/7 live icons have disappeared on the main page and the Live link now comes back with an error that the content is not available at the moment.

Have they put the live stream behind the paywall?
