Not much to go by in the new Fargo teaser, but look to the distant flashes for a clue.

Season 2 is a prequel focussing on a younger version of Lou Solverson, the former state trooper played by Keith Carradine. He will be played by Patrick Wilson, with Ted Danson, Nick Offerman and Jean Smart also appearing.

It will air in the US in September.
