5 Comments:

  1. Watched Masterchef on 10 and it was another excellent show. Agreed with the choice of who departed. Nice lady but Jaqui makes too many mistakes and has slightly limited abilities.
Recorded Lewis and Blue Murder on 72 to watch another day.
Recorded Britain’s Got Talent on GO and watched it after Masterchef. Better show last night thank goodness.
Recorded old version of New Tricks on GEM and watched it after BGT.
Recorded Mr. Selfridge on 7 for my wife to watch another day. 🙂

  2. 7TWO, and to a lesser degree GEM, seem to show mainly reruns of programs that were on the ABC years ago (and even the ABC repeated these many times). Goodness me, how old is Pie in the Sky. When I tuned in last night I thought the picture quality was poor and faded. Perhaps the “TWO” in 7TWO means a 7 station that shows old ABC channel 2 programming. I guess people must be tuning in as the ratings show (5.7 last night).

    • We watch/record many of the 72 British police and investigation shows as we enjoy them and years ago I was working shifts for Network Ten so for me most of them are new. I just hate the stupid real estate programs they show but then I can always resort to our digital high quality recorders to see stuff that was on when every station has good programmes on – as happens some nights. Recorders solve that dilemma and we have 2 high quality ones that can record 4 programmes plus 2 VCR’s for emergencies 🙂
