The final episode of Redesign My Brain, in which Todd Sampson fell from the high-wire, scored its best figures of the season at 682,000 viewers. With muscles stretched to the limit he managed to get back on the wire and successfully cross between two skyscrapers before breaking down in tears.

Winning the timeslot will doubtless cheer him up for a mammoth effort, which was also trending on Twitter.

  1. Despite Nine winning the night, Top Gear will have to go on its terrible figures for a 7.30pm slot. What helped them win, was the strong showing of Britain’s Got Talent which is going great guns on Go.

  2. Saw the promo for the britains got talent old man dancing act on GO. That particular act was a popular video on the “official” britains got talent you tube site and appeared as a popular video on the home page of youtube weeks ago. The season of britains got talent has ended and nine are still showing auditions. Sometimes I wonder if nine knows that the internet exists? I get the ratings for a multichannel are pretty good but I suspect they would be better fast tracked. If a viewer can go to the official britains got talent you tube page and see lots of videos of acts from the show then why would they watch a whole episode many weeks after the performance occurred?

  3. Speaking of Todd Sampsons muscles, there was feature on him in the latest Fitness First magazine, goodness me, the body on the man was most unexpected, very nice, but unexpected.
