UK to stage Doctor Who festival
London gets a three day event with Peter Capaldi and showrunner Steven Moffat.

If you’re heading to London in November, you might want to take in a new Doctor Who Festival that has been announced.
The three day event will feature Peter Capaldi and showrunner Steven Moffat in attendance.
It will include ‘photos on key Doctor Who sets, theatre workshops with writers and cast members, costume and props exhibitions, cosplaying competitions, photo opportunities with the cast’ plus merchandise, interactive elements, fan quizzes, props from series 8 and 9 and more.
“If having the world’s favourite Time Lord back on screen every week isn’t enough for you (and it’s not for me) then The Doctor Who Festival in London is the place to be,” said Capaldi.
“I’ll be heading there in November to join the fun and if it’s anything like the 50th anniversary event, then prepare yourself for total Time Lord mania.”
Showrunner Steven Moffat added: “I can’t believe we’re going to give away our secrets! This is the closest you could possibly get to finding out what happens on set and how this magical show is put together.”
13th, 14th and 15th November. Tickets are now on sale.
