LifeStyle acquires Love It or List It UK

LifeStyle Channel has picked up Love It or List It UK, hosted by property experts Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer (Location, Location, Location).

The six-part series from Beyond Distribution is based on a Canadian format that sees Kirstie and Phil are on a mission to help families who’ve fallen out of love with their home and can’t agree how to remedy it. One wants to give up and list it, but the other wants to renovate.

Hannah Barnes, General Manager of Foxtel’s The LifeStyle Channels said: “Love It or List It UK is a tried and tested format and it’s great to have another vehicle for our beloved Kirstie and Phil on The LifeStyle Channel.”

A second series has already been confirmed by Channel 4.
