Statement from Anita Jacoby: “I can confirm that I have left my role as MD of ITV Studios Australia. This is a consequence of ITV PLC restructuring its Australian leadership as a result of its increased foreign acquisitions, including Talpa Media. I am proud of my two year legacy, strengthening ITV by the recruitment of outstanding talent and having secured commissions for major international formats including “I’m A Celebrity” and “The Chase”. I leave knowing that changes I have made will help ensure ITV Australia is in better shape than ever for the future.”
