Minor Spoilers: A Celebrity Apprentice challenge filmed on Saturday night at Allianz Stadium was disrupted when security ejected two men after one “groped” Sophie Monk.

Monk was with former Miss Universe Tegan Martin, both dressed as slices of pizza, for a pizza and hot dog stall challenge.

In a statement producers told News Corp, “FremantleMedia Australia take their duty of care for all contestants seriously and as such all appropriate action was taken to support them during the challenge on Saturday night.

“We are making no further comment on the matters which were handled by the police and venue security at the time.”

Gabi Grecko, Matt Cooper, Richard Reid and Tim Dormer were also on site, filming Nine’s upcoming series.

NSW Police media confirmed two infringement notices and two banning notices were issued following the incident.

The series is expected soon.

  1. Sounds like the customer was feeling the product if she was dressed like a pizza. Why do we always jump to the conclusion that it was something sexual?? Are people not seen as innocent until proven guilty any more? The word ‘groped’ automatically attributes conduct which is most likely not lawful, instantly demonizes the accused and instantly sensationalizes the event. Yes, very much like a publicity stunt.

    1. Whilst it’s easy to make suggestions anonymously, no show that I know of deliberately puts a participant into what sounds like a sexually-comprising position as a publicity stunt. Celebrity Apprentice has copped criticism for situations that lead to conflict, but within the group dynamic, not with members of public.
