Ronny Chieng joins The Daily Show

Comedian Ronny Chieng is joining the new season of The Daily Show, now with Trevor Noah, as one of three new correspondents.

Chieng, who has appeared on Kinne, It’s a Date, Legally Brown, This is Littleton and Problems, has been announced alongside Awkward‘s Roy Wood Jr. and performer Desi Lydi.

Other Daily Show correspondents, including Jessica Williams, Jordan Klepper, Hasan Minhaj and Aasif Mandvi will remain with the show.

“I’m so excited to welcome these new members of the Daily Show team. Now I get to share my stress with other new people,” said Noah.

The show returns in the US on Sept. 28th.
