The two hectare property in Duffy’s Forest, owned by IT industry entrepreneur Phil Woolley, is for sale for more than $8 million.
The European-style chateau features high-end finishes throughout and a floor plan that includes a vast parents’ retreat, four other bedrooms, formal and informal living areas, a study, a separate teen retreat, swimming pool and tennis court.
It also comes with equestrian facilities, including eight insulated stables, five yards, a vet room, truck port, two paddocks and a dressage arena.
The house was first listed two years ago, and relisted early last year before it was taken off the market.

I don’t think this bodes well for more future seasons of the show. I don’t care if it goes, I am watching it because I hate X-Factor and Block with a passion.
Don’t see a direct problem. The show has continued in various locations, including interstate. Its future is tied to audience not locale.
So do 7 and 9, I reckon.
I hope The Biggest Loser is coming back in 2016.
