Former Seven financial officer joins TEN

TEN has appointed Dave Boorman as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Paul Anderson, who was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in June.

His previous positions include Group Chief Financial Officer at Seven West Media, Chief Financial Officer at Vodafone Hutchison Australia and Chief Financial Officer and Strategy Director at Vodafone Australia.

“I’m very pleased that Dave has agreed to join TEN. He is an outstanding executive and leader, highly respected by his peers, and has held senior roles at some of Australia’s largest media and telecommunications companies,” said Paul Anderson.

“Dave will bring a wide range of skills to TEN, covering key areas such as strategy, corporate finance, business management, people development and investor relations. His experience, talent, energy and enthusiasm will be a valuable asset to TEN.”

“The business is gathering momentum and that, coupled with the new strategic arrangements with Foxtel and Multi Channel Network, provide a tremendous new base from which to grow.”

His role begins Monday November 2nd.
