Community TV will launch a new political satire, produced by RMITV

Channel 31 will launch a new political satire tomorrow, called The Leak hosted by Michael Shafar.

Produced by RMITV it will feature sketches, political commentary and guests.

The show will be hosted by stand-up comedian Michael Shafar. Michael has toured the U.S. on the
comedy circuit, written and performed on Live On Bowen, and has performed at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. He will be joined by his co-hosts Elizabeth Davie and Anthony

McCormack. Elizabeth Davie is a comedian returning to Channel 31 after co-hosting Live on Bowen and has performed in various acts in the Melbourne Fringe Festival. Anthony McCormack has previously been on 31 Questions and is a stand-up comedian.

It is broadcast live in Melbourne at 8pm (Channel 31) and Perth at 5pm (WTV) and a delayed broadcast will go out to Adelaide and Brisbane, and to the rest of the world on YouTube.

This show brings together writers, producers, and actors with a wealth of comedic and political knowledge keeping you informed, entertained, and bringing you news that is dripping in satire.

5pm Friday Nov 27 on WTV (Perth)
9m Wednesday December 2  on 31 Digital (Brisbane)
7:30pm Thursday December 3 on Channel 44 (Adelaide)  – after Dec 10 the show returns on 14/1.
