It depends how Seven go about this, our version here in the UK has been a big hit for Channel 4, there are no actors used they are just mostly normal people genuinely trying to find love, if they stick to this format then they should be fine.
I see someone mentioning the gender makeup of the dates, in the UK our version has straight, lesbian and gay dates.
This will probably be a flop and I will not be tuning in but I feel like if they exicute it correctly (not making it overily fake, getting real/relatable people as opposed to wannabe models) it could be somthing that does decently for 7. Deffantily not a hit but somthing that could hover around 700-800k if done well.
Why are they using actors as contestants ? Feels really contrived?
This looks as cheap as Restaurant Revolution, with the usual 7 feel of MKR & House Rules.
I won’t be watching.
Does every reality show on Seven look cheap or is it just me?
If the trailer is anything to go by, all the couples will be male-female. Hope I’m wrong, but no surprise there.
