New US series for Hugh Laurie

Former House star Hugh Laurie is headed back to the small screen as a San Francisco-based forensic neuropsychiatrist​, titled Chance.
The show is based on a novel by American author Kem Nunn, and will ​premiere on streaming service Hulu in late 2016.
According to Deadline​, Eldon Chance gets involved with a patient who may or may not have a personality disorder, and crosses her abusive spouse, who also happens to be a police detective
Hulu has ordered 20 episodes over two seasons.
An Australian broadcaster is yet to be announced.

I would expect FoxTel to get this. i dont think many streaming originals air on FTA.
Such a waste to see him in such bland U.S. shows.
He was so good in Blackadder. I’d rather see him return to British comedy or at least see him in a cable U.S. series.
You would think Ten will be putting out all stops to get this show considering the decent ratings they got for House.
So basically the same character as House?
That’s what I thought too.
House with some slightly different storylines.
From diagnostic specialist to forensic neuropsychiatrist​, he’s really stretching those acting chops.
As I assume he will be in Veep Season 5, it will be a busy year for him!
