Renewed: Mozart in the Jungle
On the back of two Golden Globes, Mozart will be back for another encore.

Golden Globe-winning series Mozart in the Jungle has been renewed for a third season.
The Amazon series based on Blair Tindall’s memoir of the New York Symphony stars Gael Garcia Bernal, Lola Kirke, Malcolm McDowell and Bernadette Peters.
“Mozart in the Jungle bursts with creativity and passion, and offers audiences something truly unique,” Amazon Studios’ Joe Lewis said in a statement. “Amazon is proud to have two of the most risky and enthralling comedy series on television today.”
A reference to Transparent no doubt…
Co-Executive Producer Jason Schwartzman added: “We’re grateful to Amazon for endowing our orchestra with another season. We can’t wait to follow our characters through the vast world of music, whether performing on a subway platform or in the grand concert halls of Europe.”
Last month the series won best musical or comedy series and best actor in a musical or comedy series (Gael Garcia Bernal) at the Golden Globes.
It screens in Australia on Stan.

I’ve just finished watching Seasons 1 & 2 actually, I really enjoyed it.
Excellent, this was one of the first series I viewed when I got into streaming a couple of months back, watched both seasons within a week, will probably rewatch before the 3rd season begins.
