Report: Naomi Watts joins Twin Peaks

Naomi Watts has reportedly joined the 2017 sequel to David Lynch’s Twin Peaks.

Deadline reports, “We reported in October that Lynch had reached out to Watts, who got her break in his Mulholland Drive.”

It also notes Tom Sizemore is joining while David Lynch is rumoured to be reprising his recurring role from the original series as FBI Regional Bureau Chief Gordon Cole.

Kyle MacLachlan is the only cast member confirmed while Sherilyn Fenn, Miguel Ferrer and Sheryl Lee are understood to be on board.

Stan will have the Australian premiere in 2017.
