New Foxtel CEO Peter Tonagh will join the TEN Board, taking the Foxtel chair vacated by former boss Richard Freudenstein.
Foxtel owns 13.8 per cent of TEN after it injected $77 million into the free-to-air TV business in November.
He also resigns as a News Corp nominee from the digital real estate classified group REA board.
Richard Freudenstein announced that he would stand down from Foxtel after four-and-a-half years to pursue other interests.
