British viewers have now seen 74 year old Michael Crawford revive his beloved Frank Spencer in a special Some Mothers Do’Ave ‘Em sketch for Sport Relief.
He was joined by Michelle Dotrice while Gemma Arterton plays daughter Jessica Spencer with cameos from Sir Paul McCartney, David Walliams, Andy Murray, Boris Johnson, Jenson Button and more.
It’s been 38 years since the UK sitcom concluded.

Brilliant! I love Michael!
Gemma Arterton absolutely stole that, even if the character is half the age they probably should be.
I was apprehensive, but this was really enjoyable. I only wish Frank and Betty had a little more screen time together.
