I find it annoying that the Kitchen show dominates ratings which encourages 7 to drag it out. I have now seen the same advert for HouseRules and find the continuous advertising over saturating and annoying even on mute or fast forward!!
I have a solution – stop watching the Seven Network. I find it quite relaxing.
