Comedy Channel films Comedy Festival Bash

Tommy Little will host a comedy series featuring Wil Anderson, Judith Lucy, Rod Quantock, Gerry Connolly, Luke McGregor, Eddie Perfect & Wendy Harmer.

Last night’s Melbourne International Comedy Festival’s 30th Birthday Bash at the Regent Theatre has been filmed for the Comedy Channel.

It will feature in a six-part series, hosted by Tommy Little and featuring Cal Wilson, Wil Anderson, Judith Lucy, Rod Quantock, Gerry Connolly, Rachel Berger, Simon Munnery, Luke McGregor, Eddie Perfect, Wendy Harmer, Rich Hall, Greg Fleet, The Umbilical Brothers and Nina Conti.

Graham Burrells, Head of Premium Entertainment at Foxtel said: “The Melbourne International Comedy Festival is one of the best Comedy Festivals from around the globe and Foxtel is thrilled to be part of its 30th Anniversary celebrations. For comedy fans that can’t be there on the night and for those who don’t want to miss a moment of the laughs, The Comedy Channel will capture all the action straight from Melbourne to Foxtel with some of the most popular names in comedy from home and abroad.”

It will air in June.
