Period detective series Grantchester has been renewed for a third season.
The UK series, starring James Norton as clergyman Sidney Chambers and Robson Green as Detective Inspector Geordie Keating, has won its slot every week in its second season, with 6.6 million consolidated viewers.
Based on The Grantchester Mysteries by James Runcie, the series is currently screening in Australia on ABC.
